1. General Disclaimer

 

Revive Auto parts LLC vehicle and cleaning services with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

2. Liability Disclaimer

 

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, rust, interior wear, or mechanical/electrical issues.

 

We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections in the vehicle’s interior or exterior. Some stains or damages may be permanent.

 

Any modifications or aftermarket additions to the vehicle (e.g., wraps, ceramic coatings, window tints, electronics) are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any issues arising from detailing services on such modifications.

 

Customers must remove personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.

 

 

3. Service Limitations & Weather Policy

 

Our services are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe for mobile detailing (rain, extreme heat, dust storms, etc.), we may need to reschedule the appointment at our discretion.

 

Some services, such as ceramic coating or waxing, may require specific temperature and humidity conditions for optimal results. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule such services if necessary.

 

 

4. Chemical & Material Use Disclaimer

 

We use industry-approved cleaning products and techniques. However, customers with specific sensitivities or concerns must inform us before service.

 

Certain cleaning products may not be compatible with aftermarket or specialty surfaces. We are not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed coatings, wraps, or materials.

 

 

5. Water & Environmental Compliance

 

As per Arizona environmental regulations, we follow proper wastewater disposal procedures and use eco-friendly products when possible.

 

Customers must ensure the service location complies with local water use policies (e.g., HOA restrictions or property regulations). We are not liable for fines or penalties due to local restrictions.

 

 

6. Appointment & Payment Terms

 

A deposit may be required for certain services, and full payment is due before services start unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to non-refundable or partial. 

 

Prices are subject to change before service
