Revive Auto Spa LLC

Please read before using our services or products. You agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Revive Auto Spa LLC or Revive Auto Spa.

  • “Customer” refers to any individual or business requesting services or products.

  • “Service” refers to any vehicle detailing or services performed by the Company or third party.

  • “Vehicle” refers to the automobile being serviced.

 

2. Service Agreement

  • By using Revive Auto Spa LLC the Customer agrees to the Company’s terms and conditions.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, excessive filth, or disrespectful behavior or any other reasons deemed appropriate.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change. A final price may be determined upon vehicle inspection before service begins. We reserve the right to discontinue or refuse any services or products without a refund if any behavior or actions endanger the well-being of any Revive Auto Spa LLC team member or property.

  • Payments are due in full before starting any services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Checks are not accepted.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before their appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather or equipment failure.

 

5. Liability & Damage

  • Revive Auto Spa LLC is fully insured. we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, but we are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, or rust.

    • Damage caused by poor vehicle maintenance (e.g., loose trim, peeling paint).

    • Items left inside the vehicle. Customers should remove all personal belongings before service, but it is not necessary.

  • Customers must inspect their vehicle after service. Any concerns must be reported immediately.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If a Customer is unsatisfied with a service, they must report and document the issue before leaving service area or hours for a potential re-service or partial refund at the Company’s discretion.

  • Revive Auto Spa LLC does not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

 

7. Water & Electrical Usage

  • For mobile detailing, Customers must provide adequate space and permitted parking. We are not responsible for providing service areas. If service area is unserviceable we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your vehicle’s service

 

  • If a Customer cannot provide these, they must notify Revive Auto Spa LLC during the booking process so alternative arrangements can be made.

 

8. Weather Policy

  • If inclement weather (rain, extreme heat, dust storms, etc.) affects service, the appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion.

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Revive Auto Spa LLC collects personal information solely for booking, payment, and customer service purposes.

  • Customer information is never sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

 

10. Modifications to Terms

  • Revive Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

 

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled in Arizona courts.
